Vincentia Ratepayers and Residents Association Inc. - Constitution
The Association is incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act and the model rules of that Act have been adopted as our constitution with the following amendments:
Changes to the Model Rules -
Fees and Subscriptions - Membership fee is $5. The financial year shell end December 31 of each year.
Voting - Voting at meetings shall be restricted to financial members of not less than four (4) months standing.
