From 1 July, Shoalhaven City Council is replacing the old Community Consultative Body (CCB) system with a new model called Accredited Community Forums (ACFs).
For Vincentia, this simply means the VRRA will continue doing what we already do—sharing local information, hosting community discussions, and passing on local feedback to Council—but under a new name and a new framework.
We’ll be transitioning from the Vincentia Ratepayers and Residents Association (VRRA) to the Vincentia Community Forum (VCF).
What does this mean for you?
• Our purpose stays the same
• Our meetings stay open and community-focused
• We’ll keep sharing information from Council
• We’ll keep passing on local insights and concerns
• The only real change is our name and the framework we sit under
More details soon, but for now: same community focus, updated structure, new name
