On behalf of JBCSC Board, Craig Hatton (Chair) would like to thank the entire Jervis Bay community for their strong support throughout our journey into an exciting new era as we progress to de-amalgamation with the St Georges Basin Country Club. Many of you will be aware JBCSC is a not-for-profit, start-up company established by members of the Jervis Bay community. We now need your financial support for our next steps forward. We are raising funds, through the Australian Sports Foundation (ASF), a tax-deductible fundraising platform to enable the JBCSC to re-establish and maintain the Vincentia Golf Club precinct as a thriving, inclusive community centre. Our goal is to provide an enhanced golf precinct with multiple sports facilities; a venue with hospitality services for functions, social gatherings and community celebrations; and work training programs for young people, while preserving an important green space – a haven for Shoalhaven flora and fauna – for future generations. To achieve our vision, the JBCSC Board is seeking financial support from our community members and supporters in the form of a donation into our JBCSC Operations Fund and/or pledge onto our JBCSC Future Fund.
